Stars Lose to Beaneaters in Walk Off
The Boston Beaneaters did just enough to secure a victory over the Miami Stars, 5-4, at Fenway Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Cristobal Gonzalez. Brandon Sanders, credited with the win, is now 2-6. He allowed no runs on no hits. Boston raised its record to 33-29 with the win.

Erick Reinfelder was the walk-off hero for Boston. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Beaneaters center fielder hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"The house was rockin'," said Reinfelder.
