Kanjigarson Slugs Gamblers to 17-5 Win
A good performance from second baseman Draal Kanjigarson helped the Las Vegas Gamblers defeat the Mars Eyebiters, 17-5. Kanjigarson was 4-5 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 5 for the Gamblers. With the victory, the Gamblers upped their record to 41-30.

With Las Vegas leading 2-0 in the top of the first, Kanjigarson hit a run-scoring single off Mars hurler Mike Kelley. It was the 69th hit of the season for Kanjigarson and put his team ahead, 3-0.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Kanjigarson said.
