A 3-RBI performance from right fielder Bill Taylor, who finished 4th in the SC in doubles with 41 in 2022, led the Baltimore Colts to a win over the New York Knights, 6-5. The winner in relief was Daniel Reyes. The left-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2.1 innings. He now owns a record of 1-0. Bob Flynn earned the save for Baltimore, his 3rd of the year.

Had Han-seung Lee not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, Lee hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 6-5, in favor of the Colts.

"Winning never gets dull," said Lee.

At 6-2, the Colts have played well so far.
