Division Series Goes the Distance, Hollywood Prevails
There's joy in Hollywood tonight as the B's took the Division Series to the brink and came out on top.

The Hollywood B's have advanced to the League Series, by edging the New York Cobra 3-2, with the final blow coming in a 2-0 win at Cobra Stadium.

"Whether or not there's bad blood on the field, we respect New York and their players and that was one heck of a series," said Hollywood right-hander Cristobal Rangel, who earned series MVP honors. "You've got to give them credit, as in the end they pushed us right to the edge and that's a big test."

For the series, Rangel had a 0.64 ERA over 14 innings pitched. He added 13 strikeouts with a 2-0 record.

The Hollywood B's don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Portland Decepticons - Alaska Snow Sox series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece. The League Series schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes.
