Alaska Takes Division Series in Deciding Game
Alaska Snow Sox won a nail-biting series against the Portland Decepticons 3-2, wrapping up the Division Series finale 1-0 at The Igloo.

Snow Sox catcher Tom Chaisson was named the series MVP.

He batted .389, drove in 3 runs and scored 2 to lead Alaska into the next round of play.

"Tom was real solid for us, real solid," said Snow Sox manager Todd Reynolds. "I normally say I'd like to have nine of him out there, but thankfully we got by with just one this time."

The Alaska Snow Sox will play against the Hollywood B's in the next round. Hollywood won their series against the New York Cobra 3 games to 2. The League Series schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes..
