Gunfighters Lose to Bandits in Walk Off
The Bay Area Bandits got a strong performance from pitcher Albert Anderson, who stymied the Texas offense en route to a win, 3-1, at Bandits Park. Bay Area reliever Jose Noe picked up the win, upping his record to 7-2. Roman Matos shouldered the loss. The Major Conference Western Division-leading Bandits are 58-37.

Artie Jacobs was the walk-off hero for Bay Area. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Bandits catcher hit a dramatic 2-run home run to send the teams home.

"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Jacobs told the Bay Area Daily.
