Hollywood B's starter Doug Harper was in fine form as he helped his team beat the Mars Eyebiters, 2-1. With the victory, the B's upped their record to 57-43.

Harper worked his mojo for Hollywood. The hard-throwing left-hander allowed 1 run on 3 hits over 8 innings of work.

"We just didn't score enough runs to win," said Mars manager Denny Romero.
