Hollywood B's starter Fozzy Wacha turned in a top-notch performance against the St. Louis Robins at Robins Nest. The result was a win for the B's, 5-2. Wacha, now 12-8, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 7, walking 2, and allowing 1 run. Joe Pinches earned the save, his 26th in 29 tries.

Hollywood used the bat of Cesar Corona to get the win. The right fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the B's ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it did its damage.

Corona said his team "played with determination."

The victory gives the B's a record of 59-58.
