B's Get One-Run Win at St. Louis
Hollywood got a strong outing from Cristobal Rangel as the B's defeated the St. Louis Robins, 3-2, at Robins Nest. Rangel, the winner, moves to 15-7. He threw 8 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up 3 walks. Joe Pinches was credited with the save for Hollywood, his 27th of the season.

Hollywood relied on the hitting of Jose Mendez to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a solo home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the B's on top, 3-1. For the game, Mendez had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said Hollywood skipper Keith Grace.
