Rabbits Win, Now 73-54
The Denver Rabbits picked up a win at Bandits Park, taking down the Bay Area Bandits, 4-1. Starting pitcher Don Barnard was a big reason why. Bay Area's current losing streak is now 4 games.

Denver used the timely hitting of Roy Banks to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Rabbits on top, 2-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Banks.
