Stars Shut Out Sluggers, 6-0
The Miami Stars picked up a win at Ballpark of Miami, taking down the Louisville Sluggers, 6-0. Starting pitcher Greg Kosman was a big reason why. The last-place Stars sport a record of 55-79.

The Stars got a big hit from third baseman Dustin Kinney. In the bottom of the seventh, Kinney pounded a 3-run home run to left. His 1st home run of the season put the Stars ahead, 6-0.

Kinney attributed the win to his team's "hyper resolve."
