The first-place Las Vegas Gamblers took on the Toledo Mud Hens in front of a spirited crowd.

The Las Vegas Gamblers got a good effort from starter Roger Blackwood in defeating the Toledo Mud Hens at Gambler Field. The final score was 3-1. Las Vegas now has a record of 83-52 with the win.

With one out in the bottom of the seventh, Albert Carrillo had a game-changing hit. The Gamblers shortstop slammed a 2-run double off Dorian Ivey, making the score 2-1, Las Vegas.

Blackwood said his team "played with focus."
