The home crowd had a good time watching the Mars Eyebiters and Las Vegas Gamblers get after it.

Las Vegas first baseman Michael Rondon made his presence felt in the 9-2 Gamblers triumph over the Mars Eyebiters. Rondon went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. The Gamblers, now 3-0, have played some good baseball in the early going.

Chris Winter chipped in for Las Vegas with a solo home run in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the catcher had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 1 RBI.
