The Hollywood B's topped the Portland Decepticons by the score of 8-3, with the biggest share of the credit going to first baseman Fausto Thibodeaux. Thibodeaux was 2-4 with 2 singles and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4 for the B's on the day. Johnny Brown closed it out for his 1st save. The win gives Hollywood a record of 2-1.

With Hollywood leading 2-0 in the top of the second, Thibodeaux hit a 2-run single off Portland hurler Andrew Clayton. It was the 3rd hit of the season for Thibodeaux and put his team ahead, 4-0.

In comments to the Hollywood Herald, Thibodeaux insisted that he's not as disinterested as it often appears. "Haters will hate," he added.
