Devils Best Rabbits in Pitching Duel
The Denver Rabbits and Detroit Devils provided some drama for the home crowd.

The Detroit Devils went home winners at Devils Stadium, thanks in large part to starter Larry Presley. Presley stifled the Denver Rabbits, enabling Detroit to grab the 2-1 win. Alonso Romo recorded the save for Detroit, his 6th of the season.

Detroit took a 2-1 lead on Mike McCullough's 4th home run of the season. The solo home run came off Denver pitcher Steve Rice in the bottom of the seventh.

"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Presley told the Detroit Herald.

Denver drops to 16-10.
