The Utah Utes trumped the Springfield Isotopes, 6-3, at Duff Field. Utah designated hitter Adrian Sandusky was terrific. He went 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI. The save went to Axel Manto Jr, his 7th this season. Utah raised its record to 23-22 with the win.

Sandusky had a game-changing double in the top of the seventh. On a 1-0 fastball from Harry Archer, he banged a 2-run double to left-center, giving the Utes a 5-3 lead. It was the 9th double of the year for Sandusky.

"Winning never gets dull," said Sandusky.
