Stars Stumble, Lose to Knights
Devan Arceneaux had a good game, but he could not keep the Miami Stars from falling, 8-4, to the New York Knights at New York Grounds. The Miami first baseman went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once in the loss. New York reliever Anastasio Carrara was the winner. His record is now 3-1. Michael Magee took the loss. With the victory, the Knights upped their record to 30-21.

In the bottom of the sixth inning, center fielder Casey Robinson came through big-time for the Knights. With New York trailing 4-1, he belted a 2-run home run.

"It feels good to get this one," Robinson told the New York Today.
