2024 PC Top Player Trophy Given to Williams

At the age of 26, Malcolm Williams of the Reno Americans could very well have his best years ahead of him.
It's a startling thought when you consider the year he had in 2024 was good enough to win the left fielder the Pacific Conference Outstanding Hitter Award.
"See the ball, hit the ball," he said. "That's my basic approach."
The top hitter put up a .272 batting average this year, as well as a .387 on-base percentage. He played 118 games and racked up 102 hits, 21 doubles, 6 triples, 26 home runs, 74 RBIs and 64 runs scored.
He received 15 first place votes out of a possible 16. Aaron Hall of the Reno Americans finished second in voting, while Phil Hunter of the Sacramento Eagles finished third.
