Bay Area-Alaska Swap: Morales for Polanco Wednesday, December 6th , 2023 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Bandits announced today the acquisition of 31-year old LF Blair Polanco from the Alaska Snow Sox in exchange for 22-year old minor league RHP Alberto Morales and 22-year old minor league LHP Irwin Brisson. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Bandits, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." His lifetime stats show Polanco has batted .249 and collected 659 hits, 126 home runs and 399 RBIs. |
