Henry, Perkins Swap Teams Friday, January 5th , 2024 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Knights announced today the acquisition of 25-year old RHP Erik Perkins from the Cleveland Spiders in exchange for 28-year old 3B Alan Henry and 19-year old minor league RHP Thomas Moon. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Knights, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." Looking at his all-time stats, Henry has a career .213 average with 125 hits, 27 doubles, no triples, 10 home runs and 64 RBIs to date. He has scored 55 runs, walked 30 times and stolen 3 bases. |
