Black 5-for-6 Against Miami Friday, April 19th , 2024 Cale Black found his groove in today's game versus the Miami Stars and wrote his name in the league record book. His 5-for-6 performance at the plate unfortunately wasn't enough for the Baltimore Colts, as the club lost the game, 8-7. The 31-year-old first baseman told the press "it was one of those days where everything clicked." "I made solid contact, and the ball dropped in," Black said. Cale Black singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Thomas Sutherland in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and singled in the 10th.
