Reyes Must Sit Out 4 Games Tuesday, October 22nd , 2024 It was both entertaining and embarrassing to see. Bay Area third baseman Cristian Reyes really got rowdy at Bandits Park yesterday in a game against the Denver Rabbits. It all started with a called third strike and ended up with Reyes being ejected from the game. In between he screamed at several umpires, kicked dirt on them and made several obscene gestures. All of this is frowned upon by the league office. Today they suspended Reyes for 4 games. He could not be reached today for comment. Currently Reyes is batting .286 with 8 home runs and 50 RBIs. |
