Thanks in large part to third baseman Vince Murphy, the St. Louis Robins beat the Detroit Devils, 9-2. Murphy went 3 for 4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Vicente Juarez got the win, improving to 3-2.
