Big Bat Pays Off, Yates Player of the Week

It was an extraordinary week for Adam Yates of the St. Louis Robins. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .435, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Major Conference. Last week Yates went 10-for-23, racked up 2 home runs and 6 RBIs and scored 5 runs. It was a heck of a week for the St. Louis left fielder.
This year, Yates is batting .293 with 67 hits and 9 home runs. He has scored 34 times and has batted in 36 runs.

Balmer Bags SC Best Player Award

Mars sports fans can't stop singing the praises of Brady Balmer, who has been selected the Superior Conference Player of the Week.
