Mile Long Stadium was the site of a competitive game between the Denver Rabbits and Detroit Devils.

Detroit Devils right-hander John Berg pitched a good game against the Denver Rabbits at Mile Long Stadium, leading his team to victory, 5-3. Julio Campos, credited with the save, is now 6 for 7 in save opportunities.

Daron Bell came through with a big-time hit for Detroit. The designated hitter smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 5-3. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"John was able to execute his pitches," said Detroit manager Hokualohi Keohi. "Simple as that."

Detroit is now 37-53, while Denver is 46-43.
