St. Louis and Orlando duked it out and the Robins came out victorious.

A good performance from third baseman David McClendon helped the St. Louis Robins defeat the Orlando Rugrats, 6-5. McClendon went 4 for 4 with 4 singles, while scoring 3 runs for the Robins. David Ramirez closed the game out for St. Louis, earning his 5th save.

Tim Noble, who finished 5th in the MC in stolen bases with 51 in 2023, came through for St. Louis with a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh. The right fielder went 2 for 5 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and collected 4 runs batted in.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said St. Louis manager Elladan Corinvar.

The Rugrats fall to 5-10 and continue to sputter in the early going.
