Gunfighters Earn 3-1 Home Win
The Texas Gunfighters dealt the Las Vegas Gamblers a 3-1 loss at Ballpark of Texas. Roy Banks, who is tied for 4th in the SC in RBI with 17, was the star on offense. He was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Cristobal Rangel was the winner. He's now 2-1. The loser was former first round draft pick Jon Henderson. Johnny Simpson wrapped it up, recording his 2nd save.

Texas grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Banks hit a 2-run home run off Jon Henderson. His 3rd home run of the season put the Gunfighters out in front, 3-1.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Banks said.

Las Vegas now is 11-8.
