The Bay Area Bandits got a sterling performance from pitcher Tomas Colon, but the Portland Decepticons still prevailed, 3-2. Colon threw 5.0 innings of 3-hit ball. Alfonso Ramos, credited with the win in relief, is now 1-1. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1 innings. The Decepticons, now 8-16, have not found much traction so far in 2026.

Alvin Small had a direct impact on the outcome. Small contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the ninth inning to put Portland up, 3-2.
