The home crowd had a good time watching the Hollywood B's and Hawaii Hounddogs get after it.

The Hawaii Hounddogs beat the Hollywood B's by a score of 9-5. Hawaii second baseman Johnathan McGee deserved the lion's share of the credit. McGee went 3 for 3 with a triple, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Hounddogs. Cesar Cordero nailed down his 1st save.

In the bottom of the seventh, the Hounddogs grabbed the lead when McGee hit his 1st triple of the season. The 2-run triple off Johnny Brown made it 6-5, Hawaii.

"I like our moxie," said Hounddogs manager Gerald White.

With the loss, Hollywood falls to 1-2.
