Decepticons Reel Off Another Win
The Hollywood B's could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Robert Kirkland into a win. Instead, the Portland Decepticons prevailed, 5-3. Kirkland came in in relief and pitched to 16 batters. River Gregory picked up his 3rd save of the season. The victory makes Portland 14-16.

Casey Bishop went 2 for 4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for Portland. The 26-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the top of the fourth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a 2-run single off Jose Rojas. It was his 5th hit of the season.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Bishop. "And not try to do too much."
