Portland Beats Hollywood, 4-3

Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Portland Decepticons and Hollywood B's.
Cesar Corona had a good game, but he could not keep the Hollywood B's from falling, 4-3, to the Portland Decepticons at Bee Hive. The Hollywood right fielder went 1-2 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once in the loss. Mike Guillot, now 2-3, was credited with the win in 5 innings of relief. He allowed 3 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 10 and walking 2. River Gregory sewed up the save, his 4th.
Portland used a timely hit from Jim Jackson to get the win. The left fielder stroked a 2-run double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Decepticons ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it made an impact.
"We ground out the win," said Jackson. "That's all that matters."
For the B's, the loss makes them 10-21.
