The Louisville Sluggers picked up a win at Slugger Field, knocking off the Mars Eyebiters, 3-0. Starting pitcher Jerry Annett was a big reason why. Ben Kollar recorded the save for Louisville, his 2nd of the season. The loss makes Mars 13-26.

Annett confounded Mars hitters. Over 7.1 innings, he allowed no runs on 2 hits.
