The St. Louis Robins defeated the Portland Decepticons, 13-5, in part because of third baseman Vince Murphy. Murphy was 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 2 for the Robins. Antonio Mora was the winner. He's now 1-1. The loser was Vernon Moore. The win gives St. Louis a season record of 25-20.

Michael James, who finished 5th in the MC in doubles with 41 in 2023, took Portland hurler Vernon Moore deep in the bottom of the first. His 2-run home run put the Robins on top, 2-0. In all, James had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 5.
